Thanks to the generosity of IMPACT: A Fund for Change Through Volunteerism (i.e., The Volunteer IMPACT Fund, to which The UPS Foundation is a lead contributor), the six issues of Volume XXIV (July 2006 - October 2007) will be public domain, available free of charge to anyone with access to the Web.

Beginning in January 2007, /The IJOVA/ will move to a subscription only Web-based publication with three issues annually. Subscription rates beginning January 1, 2008 will include an individual subscription for $40 (with a special early-bird rate of $30 if paid before December 31, 2007) and a library rate of $300.
